New replacement sports pavilion including AFL certified oval and FIFA certified soccer pitch.

The universal design maximises inclusiveness, flexibility, accessibility and usage for all facility users.

ESD initiatives include floor plan zoning, fixed shade canopies, rainwater re-use, WEL standard plumbing fixtures and fittings, skylights / rooflights, cross ventilation, double glazing, roof, ceiling and wall insulation, solar pv, and selection of appliances which minimise ongoing engergy and water use.
