Extensive redevelopment of existing sports stadium incorporating 3 new Basketball Courts with reractable seating, plus 1 Show Court, new Entry, foyer, Kiosk, Cafe, Lounge, Lift, Change and Amenities.

The universal design maximises inclusiveness, flexibility, accessibility and usage for all facility users.

ESD initiatives include floor plan zoning, fixed shade canopies, rainwater re-use, WEL standard plumbing fixtures and fittings, skylights / rooflights, cross ventilation, double glazing, roof, ceiling and wall insulation, solar pv, and selection of appliances which minimise ongoing energy and water use.
