Sandown Greyhound Racing Club Redevelopment

The project consists of a new Foyer, Outdoor Bar, Elevator, Lift and associated works to existing gallery to create a connection between the Henry Harrison Grandstand and Greyhounds Entertainment complex while improving the aesthetics and functionality of the space.

The redevelopment works are expected to increase the appeal of the venue and assist in attracting more patrons to the venue.

Project cost $2.5 million
