McIvor Reserve Sports Pavilion, Yarraville

The new sports pavilion includes flexible change facilities (2-4 rooms), meeting/social room, kiosk, umpire and first aid room, store rooms and male and female amenities.

The open plan design allows community groups use of the shared meeting/social room during the week, with 180 degree full length views to outside green sports fields on either side.

This innovative project incorporates many ESD innitiatives including, solar hot water, rain water collection, double glazing and recycled materials.
