Ashburton Pool & Recreation Centre

Redevelopment of the Ashburton Pool & Recreation Centre incorporates new entry and upgraded foyer / reception, extended gymnasium, upgraded crèche, outdoor play area, refurbishment of wet change amenities, new dry and wet change rooms, extended program rooms, reconfigured offices and consulting suites at mezzanine level.

APARC redevelopment is designed in accordance with Council’s Sustainable Design Building Policy to reduce total operating greenhouse gas emissions, adopt economically viable energy efficient design initiatives and reduce the overall environmental footprint of the building.
