St Leonard's College, Brighton - Upper School

Redevelopment of Upper School, Music/Drama/Art and Design Technology.

The St. Leonard's College Council's approval to proceed in June 2005 to construction was the final building project to be implemented of the 2000 Masterplan by Henderson + Lodge Architects.

Construction commenced in October 2005, with completion of Phase 1 Design Technology Centre in February 2006. Phase 2 Music/Drama/Art Centre in November 2006 and Phase 3 Upper School new works including refurbishment of existing 2 storey Joan Daniels wing handover in April 2007.

Project Cost $11.5 million
