Our Projects

Mount Eliza Centre, Frankston

The 60 bed facility is designed as a 30 bed community care unit and 30 bed extended care unit. Each of the 30 bed units are planned as 3 residential scale houses of 10 beds and communal facilities located around a cul-de-sac within the planned residential estate to integrate with the local neighbourhood.

The community care centre is located centrally to each of the 30 bed cul-de-sacs allowing overviewing of movement within the site from all lounge areas, to provide a sense of community and well-being. The residential scale architectural expression of all buildings is achieved by recognised elements of pitched roofs, carports and defined entry with landscaped front yards leading to each unit.

Project Cost $15 Million
