Australian Tax Office, Box Hill

The 6 storey office development for the Australian Tax Office is located within the Whitehorse Road commercial precinct of Box Hill. The project also includes 4 below ground levels of carparking.

Based on a large floor plate each office level has been designed to minimise intrusion of columns into open plan office areas allowing future partitioned offices. Architectual expression of polished precast concrete panels and curtain walls with use of different coloured spandrel glazing provides a strong statement to the public facade.
