Warner Reserve Community Pavilion, Springvale

Project Cost $2 million

To commence construction in early 2010, the community pavilion will provide much needed facilities to serve the existing multiple sports fields and a community centre for local residents.

The pavilion is comprised of flexible change facilities (2-4 rooms), kitchen/kiosk/bar, club stores, Referee's room, first aid, office, spectator amenities, social room and undercover outdoor viewing areas.

The flexible design allows for a number of user groups/uses, with different areas able to be closed off or opened up as required.

This project incorporates many ESD innitiatives including, solar hot water, rain water collection, double glazing and recycled materials.
